Hello!

I’m Susie Wall, a freelance writer specializing in travel in Montana and North America. 

From a very young age, my boundless curiosity has led me to always wonder what’s around the next corner. My happy place is behind the wheel of my car, or RV, driving the backroads, spending time in small towns, and chatting with the locals to find out what makes the people and places in their communities special.  

I believe travel is more than just “go here, do this.” I believe the joys of travel come from learning about the history of a place, exploring other cultures, and trying new things. I also believe that truly fulfilling travel experiences are not based on luxury and wealth. I always travel with a budget in mind and find that a weekend road trip is just as rewarding as a trip across the world.
